The legal basis for processing data transmitted via the contact form or email is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. If the contact aims at concluding a contract, the legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR.
The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required to achieve the purpose for which they were collected, typically when the conversation with the user has ended.
7. Newsletter
With your consent, you can subscribe to our email newsletter. We use a double-opt-in procedure for registration, meaning you will receive a confirmation email that you must click to confirm your subscription.
You can revoke your consent to receiving the newsletter at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in each newsletter email or by contacting us directly.
B. Data Processing by Third Parties
Google Services
Google Ads: We use Google Ads for online advertising and conversion tracking to analyze the effectiveness of our advertising measures.
Google reCAPTCHA: We use Google reCAPTCHA to check whether data input on our website is made by a human or an automated program.
Google Fonts: We use Google Fonts for website typography. The fonts are embedded locally on our servers and are not reloaded from Google servers when the website is called up.
Social Media
We maintain presences on various social media platforms including LinkedIn and XING. When you visit our social media pages, the respective platforms process your personal data according to their privacy policies.
We integrate postings and recommendation functions from LinkedIn, XING, and YouTube on our site. These services are inactive by default but can be activated by users.
